Kari Stoever is a systems change leader working at the intersection of markets, policy, and planetary stewardship. For more than two decades, she has helped design and scale global initiatives that mobilize capital, shape policy, and build coalitions capable of shifting complex systems toward more resilient outcomes for people and the living world.
Her work spans environmental sustainability, global health, and mission-driven innovation. Earlier in her career, she helped architect the global movement to combat Neglected Tropical Diseases while serving as Managing Director of the Global Network for Neglected Tropical Diseases at the Sabin Vaccine Institute, contributing to an effort that has delivered life-saving treatments to more than one billion people worldwide. She later served as Chief Growth Officer at CDP and collaborated with Johan Rockström and colleagues on the launch of the annual Planetary Boundaries Health Check, helping translate advances in Earth system science into tools that inform global markets and governance.
